Hi there, again. Shelly Weaver here with your March Puppy Notes. My monthly connect to give you some behind the scenes tidbits.
Depending on if you're typically home during your delivery time, you may or may not have noticed a couple of changes:
1. We purchased a new van this year, replacing the 2, that had our logo on the side, for a white Ford Transit that you see pretty much every where now when it comes to deliveries.
2. You might have seen a new face on your Ring Bell cameras! My previous driver Bo, returned to New Mexico to live with his family and I hired Enzo. If you get the chance to say hi to him, please do! He is the friendliest guy who seems to just love doing what he does. With a great smile to boot! For those of you in our UPS areas, you will have to stop by the warehouse sometime if you would like to meet him ;) With that said, did you know that was an option?? if you ever miss delivery or cant wait for an order to ship, please feel free to stop by our location to pick up your order. Always call first, though, to ensure someone is here to greet you.
Just a reminder that we discontinued our Canned Turkey & Sweet Potato Stew Dog Food, we are developing a brand NEW canned food option that we hope to launch later this year...we will keep everyone informed as more information becomes available. The reason we are discontinuing this product is because customer demand has waned significantly over the last two years, and it is no longer justifiable as a small company to carry this item if customers aren't loving it anymore. Back to the drawing board to work on something better to introduce in its place. Any ideas or suggestions? We appreciate your feedback.
