Hi there, again. Shelly Weaver here with your May Puppy Notes. My monthly connect to give you some behind the scenes tidbits.
About this time this Friday, I will be in Hawaii, enjoying a much anticipated vacation. Hopefully the weather in Maui will be exactly what we need it to be. But as for here on the home front, it will be business as usual. Some of you may remember my daughter Tori. She has worked for me from the beginning, She was about 13 when I started. Over the past 14 years, she has done everything from making samples (back when we hand packed every single sample!) to helping at shows, to making follow up phone calls. Have any of you been around that long? Back when we would hand call every customer to remind them personally about their pet food supply??? Boy have things changed. And for the better. Even though I miss that personal touch, the email reminders, subscription options and text prompts sure do make ordering pet food dog gone easy. So back to where I started...Tori will be filling in for me from 5-13 to 5-19 while I am basking in the sun. She will take great care of you in my absence, I have no doubt. All deliveries will remain the same as Enzo will still be doing deliveries for our van delivery route areas on Thursday and Friday. So here's to kicking the summer off right! 😎🤿✈🌞 Be safe this summer, have fun and feel free to share any fun adventures you find yourself in this summer!
Just a reminder that we discontinued our Canned Turkey & Sweet Potato Stew Dog Food, we are developing a brand NEW canned food option that we hope to launch later this year...we will keep everyone informed as more information becomes available. The reason we are discontinuing this product is because customer demand has waned significantly over the last two years, and it is no longer justifiable as a small company to carry this item if customers aren't loving it anymore. Back to the drawing board to work on something better to introduce in its place. Any ideas or suggestions? We appreciate your feedback.
